60 Day Money Back Guarantee If you have any of the following back conditions Sit and Decompress can help *Low Back Pain *Sciatica *Scoliosis * Degenerative Disc Disease *Disc Bulge * Disc Herniation * Uneven Pelvis *Spinal Stenosis *Shrinking in height How Sit and Decompress works – Low back pain is actually very simple to treat with Sit and Decompress. Gravity squeezes us down to the earth everyday and if you have an injury that injury may never have a good opportunity to heal because of this constant pressure. A good example to illustrate this is, A garden hose that has water flowing thru it undisturbed, then you drive over the garden hose with your car. What happens to the water flow? It slow down. Right? It may even stop if you are on it long enough. So in order to get the water flowing again you must remove the obstacles(pressure). Well your spine condition is the same as the garden hose. If continued pressure is left on it the flow of nutrients and healthy blood can not heal the tissue. You must remove the obstacle (pressure). If this goes on for any length of time you will develop chronic low back pain. Do not let this happen. Decompressing the spine is taking pressure off of the spine and the injured tissue. This will allow your injured back to heal much more quickly. (garden hose/car tire) Once that pressure is reduced or relieved, your back injury either chronic or acute may heal and you become virtually pain free. To see a demo visit our website.

Fantastic product. Exceptional customer service I’m writing this review on my girlfriend’s account. I’m a 210 lb man with a herniated L5-S1 disc and my torso is shaped like a tree trunk (not “v” shaped) with a 36″ waist–I ordered the large and I have version 3 (I think). This is a fantastic product sold by an awesome company! I have been fortunate enough to have had constant chiropractic care, including decompression, since my lumbar injury. I can honestly say my pain has been reduced as much from this product as from the expensive decompression machines at the doctor’s office for less than the cost of a couple decompression appointments. I also have an inversion table; it doesn’t hold a candle to this product. There is a learning curve when starting out using this product to get the most out of it but the results are unmistakable from the first time you use it. I found that if I put on my Velcro lumbar support belt prior to buckling into the Sit and Decompress that it is pretty comfortable and it doesn’t slip much as…

Instant Sciatica Relief, but… First of all, let me say that I have a debilitating case of sciatica that literally takes me down for 2 weeks about twice a year. I decided to try to do something about it this time, so I ordered Dr. Dorsey’s Sit and Decompress with some skepticism. When it arrived, I immediately set it up and strapped in, set the timer for 3 minutes and decompressed. Before I gave it a try, I could barely walk, but after 3 minutes I was AMAZED! No pain whatsoever and I could walk with ease! I did it again about an hour later and then once again this morning. I am very happy to report that after only three times decompressing, I am walking with little effort. I still have a slight pain on my left side, but absolutely nothing like it was before I started. I will continue decompressing at least once a day hopefully for the rest of my life. I’m knocking off a star for the following reasons:1. I paid for 2 day shipping, but it took 7 days to arrive. I contacted Mr. Dorsey’s company, and he refunded…

Excellent! It relieved my chronic lower back pain in less than a week! I took a while to decide purchasing Sit and Decompress given some of the mixed reviews. However, the idea behind it made perfect sense to me so I bought it anyway. Inversion was not an option since I have high blood pressure and other options look less attractive (either because of price or because they seemed to induce less traction).I have been using it for a week and it has eliminated the constant back pain in my lower back (I have three herniated disks and lately the pain had become chronic). It actually made a huge difference in the second or third day (even though from the beginning I started feeling the stretch in my back and a difference using it twice a day for about 8 to 10 minutes). To be clear, I still have some back pain when sitting for too long at work. However, that is nowhere close to what I had (after sitting for a while, it was embarrassing to walk around since it was evident I was under pain). I am also running again and planning to return to my soccer…
