Athletes & Performers have long benefited from two clinically supported therapies to help relieve pain (TENS) & improve muscle performance, strength & recovery (EMS). You can too, now with the iReliev Strength & Recovery Dual Channel EMS + TENS Combination Unit.

This highly innovative device offers 14 pre-set therapy modes making this system extremely easy to use & versatile. The integrated TENS modes (P1-P8) generate a safe & effective output sensation that helps block pain or increase endorphins, a natural pain reliever. The EMS programs (P1-P6) deliver rhythmic massage-like impulses that help increase blood flow to promote muscle recovery, strength & performance. PHYSICAL THERAPIST ENDORSED:

I, Joe Noel, PT, licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida and having practiced as a PT for the last 24 years do hereby recommend the iReliev TENS + EMS unit for treating pain & increasing muscle strength. … cheaper tens units in past which were not very good. The Irelieve is amazing in comparison Have owned a couple other cheaper tens units in past which were not very good. The Irelieve is amazing in comparison. It actually works about as well as the ones I have used in PT. I was skeptical that a battery operated device could actually be strong enough to compare to the professional devices, but I was really surprised by how strong it is. I did not even want to crank it up all the way to highest settings. Using it for exteme knee pain at the moment, and it really does provide some temporary relief. I was not clear on how many pads were included and almost ordered extras…mine actually arrived with 4 sets of pads (2 sets of 2 xl pads, and 2 sets of 4 regular pads).Money well spent. Very satisfied with the purchased. Only thing I would suggest as an improvement is a backlit screen so settings can be seen in the dark. But I guess it would eat up batteries faster so may not be worth having a feature like that.

BEST OTC TENS Unit! I had a lumbar fusion of L4/L5- 8 months post op and have been suffering HORRIBLE pain at night- all night long I ache so bad in my back I can’t stand it. I have to constantly move around to break up the ‘stiffness’ and pain. I do not take pain medication that much and it wears off while I’m asleep anyway so there was no way to avoid what I know was going to happen during the night. Not even a week ago I bought this machine on a whim after reading positive reviews and I have not had any BACK PAIN during the night since I started using it. This is not a cheap flimsy unit and the electrodes are heavy duty very durable. The machine was easy to figure out and so far I have only used the TENS mode (for pain) I highly recommend anyone who suffers with pain and stiffness during the night from a fusion to use this machine it works and it’s CHEAPER than going to the therapist for STIM this unit is equally as strong I was going through STIM and noticed on the days I had PT I slept better…

Plantar fasciitis fix. Bought this unit after reading an answer to a question asking if anyone used this for plantar fasciitis. I’ve had plantar fasciitis for 3 years. I’ve been using this for 2 weeks now and I feel almost healed. Certainly the most relief I’ve been able to get from massage, PT exercises, Rolfing, insoles, and even chiropractic methods. Anyone who is familiar with Rolfing knows it’s similar to massage except it manipulates soft tissue (fascia) instead of deep tissue (muscles). I mean if 10 sessions of realigning my whole body’s fascia didn’t work then what the heck would? This has been immensely helpful. I use EMS setting 6 to force my toestocurl. It’s the “towel drag exercise” if you could maneuver the towel with weight. Really forces a strong contraction. The towel thing seemed like the most useless exercise because a towel doesn’t weigh anything and any dumbel weight is too awkward to use. This fixes the problems and it does it for you.
