Which size is correct for me?

The exercise ball that you need depends on a few things – your height, leg length and purpose of the ball. The correct size exercise ball will allow for a 90-degree angle at your knees and your thighs to parallel the floor while sitting on top.

Sizing Chart Based On Height

Shorter than 5′ 6″: 55cm

From 5′ 6″ – 5′ 11″: 65cm

From 6′ 0″ – 6′ 4″: 75cm

Taller than 6′ 4″: 85cm

If you intend to use as a ball chair we suggest measuring the height of your desk and choosing the size accordingly. We recommend the 75 or 85cm ball

Uses 3 lbs 5 1/8 oz of material in its construction. Very solid. I’ve had MANY other balls because I use them as chairs at my computer, and every so often my cats claws rip through them when they try and climb into my lap. I’ve probably gone through 5+ W@!m@rt balls, and the one thing that REALLY stands out is how solid this ball is for a seating surface. It has extremely low flex, unlike the others I’ve owned.I weighted this ball and my W@!m@rt balls straight out of the box, to compare how much material actually goes into the ball’s construction. This ball uses 3 lbs 5-1/8 ounces. The other ball (Golds Gym) from W@!m@rt uses 2 lbs 6-3/4 ounces. So this one uses almost a full pound more than the one from the big box retailers.Amazing

Warranty Suport? No support at all! Live infinitely gets two stars since I have purchased three balls via Amazon and one via their site and only one ball is actually round. I have left several messages for someone to contact me via their chatbot, several emails directly to them and even left negative feedback on their website complaining about the ball and still no one has called me back! I love the one ball! The others are so distorted I can’t stay on top of them. To be clear, I have owned at least 20 balls over the past six years and I do most my exercises kneeling on top of the ball. If it isnt round (two of these balls look more like footballs then spheres) it is practically impossible to stay on top of. As of two minutes ago their website is off line. Not sure if they are permanently off line or not. Buyer beware!

Not Round! Oval/Egg Shaped! Disappointed! Like others have said . . . this ball does not inflate to the proper SHAPE! I carefully read and followed the instructions, and regardless of how many attempts I make at inflating it, waiting 24 hours, then topping it off to the correct inflation/size . . . it still remains in an obvious, and almost useless “egg” or “oval” shape. No need to provide a photograph since so many others have already done so. This is DISAPPOINTING, because the gym which I regularly go to uses these exact same balls with no issues whatsoever. So, I must assume as a potential buyer of this ball, one is simply taking a chance as to whether or not they will get a truly round/useable ball, or a useless one like I did. I have not decided whether or not I will be sending this back to Amazon since it only cost $19.99.For what it is worth, I believe most of the complaints about this ball being an odd shape have occurred rather recently (within the last six months or so). It is…
