i’ve used it. I’ve actually used one of these to treat a bullet wound. Grazing shot. neatly packed, easy to use, small to carry in compact aid kit. I never thought I would use one until I did. Replaced it right away, it never leaves my EDC now.

Think if it like the bandage from the Carlisle First aid kits issued … First off let me say that those that are saying that the title of the product is “slightly” (heavy emphasis on slightly) misleading probably could be due to the fact it does state “compression” bandage. Some people may automatically think that with it saying that and “Israeli bandage” that they are getting the bandage with the compression bar. Well with that said, its all in how you read it. It straight up says its an army dressing and even has the picture of the…

Cheap enough to get a lot of em.. Good cheap “Blow out Patch” to keep on hand. Not the whiz bang, apply with one hand models out now, but beats a sick in the eye. Keep the good ones in main kits, but this is ok to keep on second level kits or just sprinkled in bags/packs.
