Love them, they work great I absolutely love and swear by these, and use them nightly along with the BreathRight strips which I’ve worn for years (rip off a piece of the backing and stick it in the middle before putting it on to keep it from sticking to and tearing the skin on the bridge of your nose). Work well to spread walls of nasal passages for air flow! These work. They work better than the strips which go on the outside. They are reasonably comfortable. You get 3 in a package and are supposed to use each one for about 2 weeks. I think it is because the tensile strength will lessen as you use it, but I don’t really know.
