I like All the complaints that people have for this brace: I don’t understand. The velcro is fine. You can wrap this tight enough to make your fingers purple or loose enough to almost not be working at all. The choice of one, two, or no metal plates gives danged good versatility in your adjustments. Decent stitching, no loose threads anywhere, seriously tough Velcro, maybe a bit on the small side.

Great for carpel tunnel! Very comfortable to wear while sleeping. Too bulky for me to use daytime bc I’m too active with my hands. However, I only have a mild case of carpel tunnel, so this is perfect for me.My wrist is small and fingers are short, so the smallest size is still big on my hand, but I still like it for sleeping. The beads in the palm area give it a custom fit feel, even for my little hand. Very easy to put on, too!

Mesh allows for breathability, but isn’t durable The mesh material is nicely breathable and helped keep my hand and arm cool and dry. But the seam at my thumb started fraying within the first 24 hours. By the 48 hour mark, one side of the velcro was starting to pull up. I ultimately returned this item, because it seemed like it was going to fall apart before the month was up (which was how long I needed to wear the brace according to the doctor). I bought one that had laces to assist with the tensioning.
